Here you will find all the blog's recipes, arranged in groups. Anything that's leavened with natural or baker's yeast falls under the category of Breads although some of these recipes have unleavened variations -like bannock. Napoleon's cake was grouped with sponge and layered sponge cakes although it's made with sfogliata. The category of Puddings includes custard puddings and the main difference with Custards is that 'puddings' are baked. Apple tart & gingerbread are favorite recipes with several versions and could be separate groups in themselves but I placed them under Tarts, Cakes and Biscuits to avoid repetition.
